What an awesome day we had Sunday! Portraits for Haiti was a great success! We had dozens of people show up to be a part of Portraits for Haiti and donate to a wonderful cause. We hope everyone one of them enjoyed their mini sessions. I think I can speak for us all when I say that we had a GREAT time with each and every one of our families!
I just want to give much thanks to Julie Watts, Shannon Hudson, Amanda Mays, Kim Cherie and Jessica Hanaumi for donating your time and talents for such a great cause! Together we raised over $1600 for Convoy of Hope! Each one of us knew that we wanted to do something to help the Haitians affected from the devastating Earthquake last month and so we decided to pull together our talents and host a day of portraits and give all of the proceeds to the cause. I woke up the past couple of mornings now with such a warm fuzzy feeling. It’s funny because I feel like I was the one who gained something during this process! I am proud to be part of a community of photographers who are so willing to help. What big hearts these ladies have!
If you’ve been looking for a way to help out in Haiti and would like to donate click here to read more about Convoy of Hope and donate today!
I am so excited to share some of my favorite images from yesterdays shoot! So, with out further ado..

I can’t forget to thank all of the wonderful families who came out to help us raise money for Haiti! With out your help, this wouldn’t have been possible! So thank you for being a part of Portraits for Haiti!
